Did you know that we recall bad memories more easily and in greater detail than good ones? An evolutionary response to learn and adapt from negative experiences.
Did you know that we have around 12,000- 60,000 thoughts per day with 70% of them negatively geared?
These coping patterns ensured the human survival however, are not so helpful in today's society. Everyone has negative thoughts whether that be conscious or subconsciously and it can feel consuming at times. Even mentally, emotionally and physically fatiguing.
Join Jess to connect with your true essence and learn how to shift your awareness from negative to joy.
During this workshop you will learn practical and easy to use strategies that you can fit into your day to break the negative bias circuit and shine a light on your day to day joy.
You will be guided through a grounding breathwork and meditation practice and provided with journal prompts to reflect on.
